Sims can take a shower, a bath, use toilet, take a pregnancy test using the toilet, wash their hand, perform actions using the mirror etc. The appliances in the sims 4 (including toilets, showers, sinks, and bathtubs) will need repair, and the frequency depends on the quality of the item. The sim can either call a plumber or attempt to fix it themselves. The sink, toilet, and shower\/tub need cleaning every once in a while.
